This is Plymouth -- EMERGENCY services have been called to the scene of a crash involving a motorcyclist near a busy Plymouth roundabout. Paramedics and police are at the scene of the accident at Marsh Mills. One eyewitness said it appeared the motorcyclist had been injured in the collision. The severity of their injuries is not yet known, and it is unclear whether any other vehicles were involved. The crash happened at around 8.20pm on the city-bound side of Embankment Road near the Marsh Mills roundabout and Sainsbury's superstore. Meanwhile, the eastbound A38 between Plympton and Lee Mill, is down to one lane - and some of the cones have also blown over in the high winds.
