This is North Devon -- A MAN was taken to hospital with head injuries following a crash near Holsworthy Beacon. Ambulance crews were called to the crash on the A388 Holsworthy to Torrington road on Sunday night. The driver of the red Toyota MR2 was taken to North Devon District Hospital after the car flipped onto its roof. Martin Bennett drove past the car on his way to work. He said: "My son and I were on our way to a job in Holsworthy. "We came across the vehicle on its roof on the grass verge, there wasn't anybody in it. "I hope the driver is alright."
