This is Leicestershire -- A 25-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital following a crash in Donisthorpe. The collision happened when the man's van was involved in a crash with another van at about 9am today. Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance arrived at the scene at about 9.15am. Medics found the patient sat by the side of the van, having managed to get out of his vehicle. He had sustained a significant fracture to his left leg. The man was flown to the Royal Derby Hospital for further treatment. His condition was described as "stable" en route.
