This is Leicestershire -- Police have named a motorcycle pillion passenger who died in a crash. Susan Spiby was killed when the motorcycle she was travelling on crashed in Hill Top, Castle Donington at 10.15am yesterday. The 48-year-old, who is from Castle Donington, was killed when the Kawasaki ZX600 left the road. No other vehicles were involved. The rider remains in a critical condition in Nottingham's Queen's Medical Centre, police said. Detective Constable Pete Davies, who is leading the investigation, said: "The motorbike was travelling from the direction of Castle Donington towards the A453 at the time of the incident. "We would like to appeal to anyone who witnessed it or saw the vehicle prior to the incident to contact us." Contact Det Con Davies on 101.
