The woman who died after a serious collision in Dawlish has been name as a teacher who was just weeks away from retiring. The 62-year-old teacher at South Dartmoor Community College in Ashburton died following the car accident in Dawlish. Julia Barler died at Plymouth's Derriford Hospital of injuries suffered in the accident.
