Wiltshire Police have named a second of three men killed in a crash between a van and a lorry on the M4 on Monday. The incident happened on the westbound carriageway of the motorway at junction 17 at Chippenham shortly after 4.30am. Two passengers in the van were pronounced dead at the scene and a third man, who was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, died on Wednesday.
