A TWO-CAR smash has closed a lane on the A21. Police were called at 1:43pm this afternoon to an incident involving two cars near Pembury. The lane, southbound, has remained closed as there is still oil on the road. Traffic is slow moving and drivers have been told to expect delays. An unknown number of injured parties were treated by SECAMB.
