POLICE have named a 21-year-old cyclist killed in a crash. Andre Jones, of Hartshill Road, Hartshill, died at the scene following a collision with a lorry in Fenton. The accident happened in City Road – near the junction with Errill Close – at 5.30pm on Friday. Staffordshire Police closed City Road for a number of hours following the crash and are appealing for witnesses to come forward. North Staffordshire Coroner Ian Smith is expected to open an inquest into Andre's death later...
