Emergency services are at the scene of a three-vehicle collision on the A16 which has blocked the road at Holton-le-Clay. Lincolnshire Police confirmed that the incident had led to a woman casualty being taken to hospital in Grimsby with minor injuries. It happened at 2.05pm today close to the East Lindsey border with North East Lincolnshire.
