Crash: Traffic delayed on A30 as man freed from car

TRAFFIC was delayed on the A30 outside Sainsbury's, Penzance last week after a car crashed on the centre of the roundabout.Firefighters from Penzance used specialist cutting equipment to cut the elderly driver of the purple Ford Fiesta from his vehicle.The incident happened at around 3.40pm on Wednesday, April 30 with cars travelling to and from Penzance delayed as the emergency services freed the man.It is not thought anyone else was hurt.
