This is Lincolnshire -- UPDATE: At 8.30am the police reported that they had just re-opened the road, but traffic was still heavy in the Swineshead Bridge area. Lincolnshire Police say that a crash near Boston this morning has closed the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. It happened at just after 8am at the junction with Boardsides, where the road is blocked in both directions. Emergency services are at the scene dealing with the incident. Anyone who saw the crash can contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 or the collision witness hotline on 01522 558855 quoting incident 46 of August 12.
