A DRIVER who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by driving without due care and attention has been released on bail. His arrest came after 23-year-old cyclist, Samuel Tsehay, was killed in a crash on Osmaston Road on friday. The incident happened close to the junction with Shaftesbury Street just before 1pm. A spokesperson for Derbyshire police said: "The driver has been released pending further enquiries."
