An Exeter ldriver was airlifted to hospital after crashing over a verge near Uffculme last week. The man, who was from Exeter and in his late forties, was driving along Uffculme Road at Craddock when his HGV left the road at about 11.20am on Wednesday, April 23. He was complaining of chest pains but was conscious and breathing when emergency services arrived.
