ONE lane of the A380 at Penn Inn has been closed after a collision between a box van and a car. The incident happened shortly after noon on Thursday on the Torquay-bound carriageway. There are no injuries. Southbound traffic is slow near the Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot. Congestion is also reported stretching back to the Kerswell Gardens roundabout in Torquay.
