A man had to be cut from his car after an accident on Truro road, Lanivet, near Bodmin at 8pm. Fifteen firefighters from Bodmin and Lostwithiel attended the call to a single vehicle crash between the A30 junction and Lanivet. The crews used crash rescue equipment from the Bodmin rescue tender to free the casualty and remained on scene making the vehicle safe.
