UPDATE 10am: A crash has blocked Silver Street in Lincoln in both directions, at its Free School Lane junction. Road networks across Lincolnshire appear to be running fairly smoothly this morning. There are no reported incidents at the moment. There was some traffic disruption to the A16 near Spilsby earlier this morning, after a fatal crash involving a pedestrian and a car. Emergency services were called just after midnight today. The road was reopened just before 7am this morning....
