This is Grimsby -- POLICE have attended a road traffic collision on Weelsby Road, Grimsby this afternoon. A silver Peugeot people carrier suffered minor damage to the passenger side in the crash, which is believed to have also involved an ambulance. It happened at around 3pm at Fryston Corner, close to the junction with Devonshire Avenue. Two police cars, a fire service car, one paramedic car and a second ambulance all attended the scene. A woman, seated in the front passenger seat of the Peugeot, was being attended to by paramedics. The incident resulted in tailbacks in both directions but traffic is flowing more freely now the vehicles have been moved from the road.
